Scope of Work for General Clerk

  • Handle incoming calls and follow up on policy renewals.
  • Manage posting and filing tasks.
  • Type letters, send emails, and prepare invoices, including formatted motor cover notes and non-motor renewals.
  • Record and manage outgoing mail and incoming mail.
  • Prepare motor computations and life insurance quotations using Gelesis.
  • Monitor and check life and general insurance policies.
  • Record received life and general insurance policies.
  • Perform VME online checks for production, policy status, loans, etc.
  • Prepare and send birthday and festival cards.
  • Update and maintain the life insurance database.
  • Handle agent-related matters.
  • Perform general morning duties.
  • Complete additional tasks as required.
  • Update monthly production data and maintain the whiteboard.
  • Prepare slides for management (images/videos for PowerPoint).
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.
  • Candidates with an SPM or Diploma are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
