Scope of Work for General Clerk
- Handle incoming calls and follow up on policy renewals.
- Manage posting and filing tasks.
- Type letters, send emails, and prepare invoices, including formatted motor cover notes and non-motor renewals.
- Record and manage outgoing mail and incoming mail.
- Prepare motor computations and life insurance quotations using Gelesis.
- Monitor and check life and general insurance policies.
- Record received life and general insurance policies.
- Perform VME online checks for production, policy status, loans, etc.
- Prepare and send birthday and festival cards.
- Update and maintain the life insurance database.
- Handle agent-related matters.
- Perform general morning duties.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
- Update monthly production data and maintain the whiteboard.
- Prepare slides for management (images/videos for PowerPoint).
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
- Candidates with an SPM or Diploma are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
