We are now seeking a proactive and organized person to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our office operations smoothly.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Manage and organize important company documents, including reports, quotation, procurement, correspondence, and contracts.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth internal communication and coordination.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Support the operations team in inventory management, logistics coordination, and production planning.
  • Manage both internal and external communications, including interactions with suppliers and vendors.
  • Keep precise records and reports related to operational activities and compliance.
  • Help coordinate company events, meetings, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
  • Offer general assistance to the management team as needed.

Requirements :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in office management and administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management.

Location Based : Kepong & Kota Damansara

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
