We are now seeking a proactive and organized person to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our office operations smoothly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage and organize important company documents, including reports, quotation, procurement, correspondence, and contracts.
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth internal communication and coordination.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Support the operations team in inventory management, logistics coordination, and production planning.
- Manage both internal and external communications, including interactions with suppliers and vendors.
- Keep precise records and reports related to operational activities and compliance.
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
- Offer general assistance to the management team as needed.
Requirements :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in office management and administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management.
Location Based : Kepong & Kota Damansara
Job Type: Full-time
