  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Daily Routine / Regular Tasks:

  • Audit and report inventory, making recommendations on restocking and ordering.
  • Manage warehouse associates, ensuring safe use of equipment and monitoring performance.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure timely shipment deliveries and the efficient transfer of materials to production lines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the proper arrangement of warehouse items.
  • Train new warehouse operatives within designated areas.
  • Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and conducive to operational efficiency.
  • Resolve warehouse issues promptly and effectively.
  • Adhere to and enforce warehouse practices and protocols to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product shipments.
  • Provide coverage for manpower shortages within the station.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, and secure documentation requirements.
  • Manage supplier and customer interactions to prioritize company benefits.

Packaging Monitoring:

  • Assist store clerks in verifying packaging quantities in the warehouse.
  • Monitor and report recycling rates.
  • Assist store clerks in maintaining packaging stock cards.

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct monthly inventory checks.
  • Ensure smooth inventory management through proper duty roster planning.
  • Address and clarify any inventory variances.

Incoming Goods:

  • Verify the accuracy of labels with the Delivery Orders (DO), including placing codes.
  • Ensure incoming goods are approved as per requirements.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Ensure products are stored correctly and organized by racks.
  • Oversee 5S control standards within the warehouse.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and multitasking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Willingness to quickly learn new items, procedures, and systems.

Authority:

  • Authorized incoming approver.
  • Manpower arrangement and overtime approval.
  • Responsible for traceability and documentation.
  • AutoCount and custom application user.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to flexible hours.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
