Job Responsibilities

  • Fully handle the purchasing of all Inventory & Non-Inventory items.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable and ensure that deliveries arrive in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop the Supplier Database.
  • Initiate negotiations with Suppliers to ensure the Company’s competitive pricing.
  • Fully understand Purchasing SOP and assist in revising and executing changes as needed to ensure a smooth purchasing process with no delays to Operations Processes.
  • To ensure that the supply of raw and packaging materials is sufficient to meet the weekly Production planning volume.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Purchasing (preferably in FMCG, Skincare industry or equivalent)
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage when communicating with Suppliers)
  • Intermediate level in Excel
  • Knowledge of AutoCount system will be an added advantage
