Executive - Marketing
Position Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, analyse market trends, and support various marketing activities. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about marketing, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
· Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
· Create content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
· Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
· Support the marketing team with daily operations, including data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
· Collaborate with sales, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
· Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
· Help in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
· Following company procedures and policies.
· Generate sales leads.
· Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, etc.).
· Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
· Experience with content creation and social media management is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
