Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the business. - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve efficiency. - Manage and optimize manpower and workflow to ensure maximum productivity and effective operations across all sites. - Collaborate with other departments (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment. - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operational needs. - Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions. - Proactively address any operational and on-site issues in a timely and effective manner. - Be available and responsive on standby and on-call, ready to tackle any emergencies or urgent situations that may arise on-site. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best deals and services. - Manage purchasing and stock replacement for each site, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available for seamless operations. Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, hospitality management or a related role. Experience in the homestay/hotel industry will be a plus. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong monitoring, reporting and follow-up skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Knowledgeable in maintenance, repair and technical skills. - Must have a car and be willing to travel to different sites (mostly Pahang), including overnight stays when necessary. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Benefits: - Medical Benefits - Leave provided
