  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the digital marketing team. This role assists in Digital Marketing team in translating documents to English using software platform & other admin duties related.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support for Digital Marketing

  • Manage campaign schedules and coordinate timelines with the team.
  • Translating documents to English
  • Organize and maintain documents and files related to digital marketing projects.

2. Digital Campaign Assistance

  • Upload content to platforms such as social media, email marketing tools, or websites.
  • Ensure all digital marketing materials are published and delivered on time.

3. Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative team to gather content assets, including visuals, copy, and videos.
  • Assist in proofreading and reviewing content for campaigns.

4. General Support

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to support team efficiency.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field. FRESH GRADUATE is encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Ensure translations retain the original meaning, tone, and context.
  • Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
