  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday (Half-Day): 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create marketing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Red Note.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels (company hotline, social media) by providing helpful information and directing inquiries to the relevant departments for resolution.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing company marketing projects and campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Responsible for video shooting, photo and video editing, and publishing content on social media platforms.
  • Assist in organizing company events and campaigns.
  • Develop impactful marketing strategies, analyze customer behavior, and provide insights to management.
  • Track customer interactions and feedback to enhance satisfaction and improve overall marketing efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong skills in design, copywriting, and video production are preferred.
  • Must be positive, proactive, and creative, with a good market sense.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for communication with colleagues).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
