Job Title: Operation Admin Executive

This role shall faithfully and diligently serve the Company, perform the duties and responsibilities relevant to the position, undertake tasks from time to time as assigned by the Director or their delegate.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle company email communications related to credit loans.
  • Complete employment verifications and update settlement summaries for payment arrangements.
  • Upload payment slips to relevant systems, including internal platforms (Monday System, Fintos Capital System).
  • Maintain accurate records through Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
  • Create new cases in the Fintos Capital System and prepare loan signing documents.
  • Schedule and manage loan signing appointments with law firms.
  • Ensure the protection of the company’s interests throughout all loan processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, assignments, and group management activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, supporting the business's evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage data and generate reports.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a collection administration or finance-related department is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed.
