Job Overview
We are looking for a Personal Assistant cum Admin to support business operations, financial management, and administrative tasks. The role also includes assisting Dr. Hasseenah in personal and professional matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial records to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Safeguard company information and transactions with confidentiality.
- Prepare official correspondence and emails on behalf of Klinik Dr Hasseenah.
- Compile reports and budget/expense projections as required.
- Track and report on the usage of company assets and business performance.
- Handle tax matters related to the clinic and business operations.
- Manage third-party interactions involving Klinik Dr Hasseenah.
- Respond to online inquiries and customer messages as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and assist in fulfilling marketing requirements.
- Serve as a personal assistant to Dr. Hasseenah for business and personal matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
