  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Job Descriptions

  • Complete day-today AP tasks including the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits, matching invoices and the reconciliation of supplier account.
  • Code and enter invoices into the ERP, ensuring proper general ledger account coding and cost center allocation.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, communicate with vendors regarding payment status, and respond to enquiries promptly.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate accounts balances and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, obtain necessary approvals, and clarify invoice details.
  • Assists with annual audit for accounts payable.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

About the Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in accounting or related field.
  • Required Skills : Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Computer literate & knowledge in SAP Accounting software (Preferable)
  • Required Language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fast learner and able to work independently
  • Good attitude and passionate on work.
  • Available to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Remuneration Packages

Attractive salary package from RM2,500 – RM2,800, depending on qualification and experiences.
