Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Develop Sales Strategies
- Understand target markets, including industry trends, company products, and effective strategies to attract clients.
- Develop negotiation strategies aligned with company goals, assessing risks, potentials, and client needs.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve sales targets.
2. Selling and Client Management
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare bid documents and negotiate product/service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Collect and analyze customer information to provide solutions using AUTO-ID technologies.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documents as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer payments to avoid overdue accounts and bad debts.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
3. Maintain and Expand Business Relationships
- Strengthen relationships with current clients and identify new opportunities.
- Provide a platform for client communication and feedback.
- Report on account status and transactions through customer feedback.
- Promote company products/services by addressing client requirements.
4. Reporting
- Submit monthly sales forecasts.
- Report on new sales activities and progress using Salesforce.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
5. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell products and solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer problems effectively.
- Collect account receivables.
- Comply with company rules and policies based on the law.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Age: Preferably around 30 years old.
- Race/Gender: Open to all races and genders.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in IT or AIDC is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic IT and network knowledge.
- Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
