  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with the origin for completed shipping documents (BL, CIPL) and forward to the forwarding team for K1 draft.
  • Monitor and submit NOA to the forwarding team for clearance, and coordinate with liners to release the EDO.
  • Ensure both Cargo Clearance (CC) and Delivery Order (DO) are cleared in the port system.
  • Track invoices from liners and LSPs post-vessel arrival and cargo delivery for LCL shipments.
  • In NERP: Create ASN, and AN; if invoices are missing, work with the purchaser to create SN prior to vessel arrival.
  • In Cello: Update shipping data, manage BL releases, confirm arrival, and handle pricing.
  • Cross-check and confirm ASN and AN by month-end for SEMA spool data.
  • Update the MRO list, create manual jobs, confirm AN, and handle pricing and documentation submission.
  • Ensure CMS validity for LSP [AP] and SEMA [AR]; update rates and extend validity if necessary.
  • Maintain and update MDM (route code, LCC mapping, Tfactor, carrier codes).
  • After tariff transfer to BMS, scan and share completed supporting documents with customers while retaining copies.
  • Compile and share FSC for air shipments, convert currency, and collaborate with LSP/SEMA for billing.
  • Prepare and submit STLS for rate increases, abnormal charges, and warehouse closure notifications for SEMA approval.
  • Handle abnormal charges (detention, demurrage, repair, port storage), confirm waivers, and ensure correct billing.
  • Provide quotes for SEMA ocean freight, apply rate markup as per management guidelines for LCL/FCL shipments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistic Management or any related fields
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Willing to work at Port Klang
  • Possess own transportation (preferable)
  • Possess excellent communication skills and problem solving
  • Independent and be able to work under tight schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
