  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job responsibilities: -

  • Responsible on timely, completeness and accuracy of invoices matching.
  • Responsible on timely, completeness and accuracy of reversing wrong GRNs (Good Received) and PRNs (Purchase Return).
  • To liaise with suppliers on discrepancies on invoices, if any
  • To follow up CNs (Credit Note) from suppliers, if any.
  • To file suppliers’ invoices for AP to make payment.
  • To check and follow up E-Documents and update accordingly.
  • Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or HOD and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.

Job requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess work commitment.
  • Working experience in AP - F&B/ retail industry are preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel and experience with Navision will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
