Job Overview:

As an IT Recruiter (Korean Speaker), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists. You will be working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and source the best candidates. Your ability to communicate in both Korean and English will be crucial to ensuring a smooth process for candidates and clients based in Korea and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage top IT talent for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, network specialists, and other technology-related positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for roles and translate those into targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates in both Korean and English, evaluating technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and efficient processes, especially for Korean-speaking candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring regular communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and updates to management on recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices within the IT and recruitment industries to enhance the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Korean speaker, with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or technical recruiter, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including but not limited to software development, systems engineering, data management, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders across cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for the Korean market or working with Korean-speaking candidates.
  • Understanding of Korean labor laws and hiring practices.
  • A background in technology or a related field is a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
