Operations Executive
- Monitor after sales services and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting After Sales Service team on implementation of job roles, responsibilities including process & schemes effectiveness, monitoring and execution.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement more effective workflows.
- Track and report performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Provide operational support to team members and resolve conflicts or issues.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, if applicable.
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, incidents, and improvements.
- Track repair orders, parts inventory, and service costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Review warranty claims to verify eligibility and maintain documentation of all warranty claim for traceability and records purposes.
- Support in parts inventory planning and purchase related matters.
- To provide support administrative support including sales order processing or invoicing related tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years in an operational role or similar capacity.
- Able to pass drug test/background check.
- Able to work night, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools/software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2-3 years in an operational role or similar capacity.
- Able to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
