Purpose:

The role is to efficiently support and handle in a sustainable and compliant manner dry cargo, wet-gas, break-bulk, cruise, military, ship-managers, and defense companies in the Asia Pacific region. The provision of an efficient service delivery ensures continued sustainable growth within the Marine Agency business.

Primary day to day duties

· Liaising with Vessels, Terminals, Suppliers and Service Providers on Vessel's Schedule.

· Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots etc).

· Submission of Documents to Port Authority and Statutory Bodies, should the need arise.

· Arranging and coordinating supply/delivery of ship spares, stores, services, provisions, etc.

· Coordinating with shippers, receivers with regards smooth cargo loading, discharge, or transshipment.

· Coordinating and liaising with other parties such as stevedores, watchmen, mooring cos, terminals etc.

· Monitoring and Updating Vessel's ETA and in-port movement where necessary.

· Handling of Vessel daily/weekly reconciliation ensuring accuracy in services provided.

· Assisting on Crew requirements, Documentation and Arrangement of Crew Change and transfer as required.

· Attendance to Vessels in Port (Boarding Vessel if required).

· Assisting with vendor management and actively securing best priced services in line with the country’s vendor management processes.

· Assisting and reporting to direct supervisor on operations matters and other task as assigned by the company.

· Full adherence and use of the company’s systems such as Port360.
