We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team and provide crucial support to our General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of business functions.
  • Act as a liaison between colleagues and other stations, providing clear communication and direction. Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate efforts and align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and presentations for the General Manager.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports, data analysis, and other documentation to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Provide leadership and support to teams across departments, ensuring high productivity and morale.
  • Handle client and partner relationships in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Solve operational challenges and manage escalated issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel is a must

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
