  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

in ensuringJob Purpose:

  • Maintaining and improving the quality of products, services, or processes within the organization. Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist Group Quality Manager in preparing of procedures and management of 150 documents.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager to identify, collect and maintain quality records as specified in the quality system.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager to ensure the organization structure, responsibilities, quality management manuals, instruction, performance standards, processes and resources for implementing Quality Management System is implemented and maintained effectively as per MS 150 9001:2015 Standard, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001
  • Assist Group Quality Manager to carry out independent examination such as internal Quality Audit, site audit and Unplanned Audit (when necessary) to determine whether activities and processes being comply with the standard and procedure.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager for the preparation of external audit by authority and ISO certification body.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager to schedule and conduct the Management Review meeting and establish the continuous improvement program as to upgrade and enhance the effectiveness of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Management System within the organization and project site.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager in conducting monthly monitoring program at all project sites and head office to ensure that the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System are effectively implemented.
  • Assist Group Quality Manager on data analysis for continuous improvement program for QSHE Management System.
  • Responsible for the filing and retrieving of quality records and other 150 documentation.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and compiling of quality records within Group Quality Department.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction company will be advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
