Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of journal entries for monthly financial closing.
  • Maintenance and update General Ledger and supporting schedules for audit.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Schedule (addition/disposal/depreciation)
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Process and verify monthly staff claims.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial & management reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, management report.
  • Participate in stock take.
  • Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and ad-hoc duties or projects as requested.
  • Liaison with auditors and tax agents for submission and filing of statutory accounts and corporate tax.
  • Assist on any other ad hoc assignments from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in related field.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Hardworking, pro-active, willing to learn & able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
