Responsibilities:
- Preparation of journal entries for monthly financial closing.
- Maintenance and update General Ledger and supporting schedules for audit.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Schedule (addition/disposal/depreciation)
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Process and verify monthly staff claims.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial & management reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, management report.
- Participate in stock take.
- Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and ad-hoc duties or projects as requested.
- Liaison with auditors and tax agents for submission and filing of statutory accounts and corporate tax.
- Assist on any other ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in related field.
- Very good communication skills.
- Hardworking, pro-active, willing to learn & able to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
