Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice of our brand, ensuring every customer has a seamless and delightful experience. From handling inquiries to resolving concerns, your role is all about building relationships and making an impact!
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage & Assist Customers – Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Solve & Resolve – Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
Build Lasting Relationships – Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Keep Things Organized – Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Drive Sales & Performance – Persuasively communicate promotions and upsell relevant services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (retail industry experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – you can handle rejections with confidence!
- A persuasive, customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive under pressure & meet targets
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Self-disciplined, motivated & team-oriented
Other Job Details:
Shift-Based – Morning & night shifts (rotational)
Hybrid Work Arrangement – Work from home, with occasional office meetings
