RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage sales admin job and proper documentation preparation and filing record.
- Verify the accuracy of documents issue.
- Assist on follow up sales order until the payment collection process.
- Involve in communication & coordination between customers and sales team.
- Perform all other related task as and when assigned by Management.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have ability to learn if dont have experience.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales administrative task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated to be a good team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- It will be an advantage if you could join us immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
