RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage sales admin job and proper documentation preparation and filing record.
  • Verify the accuracy of documents issue.
  • Assist on follow up sales order until the payment collection process.
  • Involve in communication & coordination between customers and sales team.
  • Perform all other related task as and when assigned by Management.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
  • Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must have ability to learn if dont have experience.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales administrative task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated to be a good team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • It will be an advantage if you could join us immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
