Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing and processing sales orders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the sales database.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance, providing administrative support for sales meetings and follow-ups.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Manage and track sales leads, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calls for the sales team to optimize their time.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure that stock levels meet customer demand and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
