OPERATION MANAGER
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Kaisar Meat Store. This role involves managing staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, overseeing stock, and ensuring smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of store operations.
SCOPE OF OPERATIONS MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for submitting daily sales reports to the relevant group.
- Submit the sales report slip to the accounts department.
- Must send a daily report to the Human Resources Department without fail.
- Submit the monthly stock take report to the management without fail (on the 30th or 31st of each month).
- Submit the weekly stock balance report to the management without fail (every Monday before 5:30 PM).
- Ensure that the staff at Kaisar Meat store punch their cards every day without fail.
- Send the daily staff attendance report for Kaisar Meat store to the WhatsApp group without fail.
- Always monitor the relevant WhatsApp groups.
- Prepare memos related to Kaisar Meat store for requesting approval for purchases, payments, or petty cash claims.
- Petty cash claims should be done once a week (if applicable).
- Prepare the weekly work schedule for Kaisar Meat store employees.
- Prepare the monthly leave record for all employees.
- Ensure all documents required for the payroll process each month are completed:
i. Time sheet
ii. Master roster
iii. Punch card
- Must have good two-way communication in receiving and delivering instructions.
- Must adhere to the company's regulations, policies, and SOPs.
- Responsible for managing the opening of new stores.
- Ensure that all equipment is complete (cutting tools, machines, etc.).
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition and functional.
- In the event of damage or loss of items, report it to the management.
- Ensure the store is always clean and tidy according to the established cleanliness SOP.
- Ensure all employees comply with the SOPs and policies set by the company.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the meat is always in good condition.
- Ensure the storage and production processes follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
- Ensure employees follow the SOP for meat processing and cleaning.
- Ensure the store opens and operates according to the set hours without fail (8 AM – 7 PM).
- Responsible for ensuring that all stock received matches the Purchase Order (PO) or Delivery Order (DO).
- Ensure products stored in the freezer or cold storage rooms are kept neat and organized.
- Responsible for ensuring that the temperature of all storage equipment is within the required range and must be recorded in the Temperature Recording Form.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that employees arrive according to the set schedule without fail.
- Ensure that product output is carried out without fail.
- Must submit the weekly stock balance report every Monday by 5:30 PM to the WhatsApp group without fail.
- Organize various types of meat cuts according to the market demand.
- Prepare marketing reports.
- Conduct price comparisons in the market over time.
- Responsible for offline and online product marketing.
- Manage all customer complaints.
- Responsible for managing incoming orders both online and offline.
- Responsible for managing product deliveries to customers and receiving goods from suppliers.
- Responsible for handling all operations related to the store and both in-house and outsourced warehouses.
