Client Industry: US-based Marketing Agency

Location: Hybrid/ Remotely

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations, showcasing products or services and their benefits.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Setting up meetings and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Working closely with the operation team to finalize agreement terms and close sales to achieve the Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Planning and supporting clients' onboarding, collaborating closely with the Operations team.
  • Ensuring clients receive requested products and services promptly.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for account and relationship development and management at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Manage and gain insights into clients’ performance and identify gaps or opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management roles (marketing agency).
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and relationships simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
