About the role

Looking for an exciting opportunity as a Boutique Sales Assistant? Join our dynamic team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD' located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in our boutique retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing knowledgeable product recommendations and advice to customers
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales floor
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Replenishing stock and ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards
  • Maintaining excellent customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience
  • Supporting the team with other store operations as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a boutique or fashion environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the retail industry
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
