  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :-

  • Ensure compliance with quality objectives, policies, and brand standards.
  • Maintain and update records, procedures, and product quality to meet brand requirements.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues while ensuring customer service standards.
  • Conduct routine Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) audits across outlets.
  • Prepare reports on QSC inspections and ensure café standards are met.
  • Provide in-house training on halal compliance and daily operations.
  • Manage all halal-related matters, including applications and audits.
  • Liaise with certification bodies for compliance with FSSC, HACCP, and Halal audits.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP and Halal standards.
  • Monitor production quality and workers’ hygiene.
  • Oversee halal certification, documentation, and administrative management for all branches.

Job Requirements :-

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates with experience and knowledge of QA in Food & Beverage are preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Have training certificates ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP are advantage
  • Have knowledge of a quality management system, including HALAL, MeSTI and HACCP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
