To ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, records these transactions accordingly, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and also resolving any discrepancies.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Makes timely and accurate preparation of all accounts receivable.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
· Submit prompt and detailed response to all guest and management inquiries regarding City Ledger accounts.
· Prepare the monthly accounts receivable ageing analysis.
· Assist the Credit Officer regarding delinquent accounts.
· Be responsible for the timely mailing of all statements.
· Complete special projects assigned by the Financial Controller on a timely and accurate basis.
