- Preparing of monthly payroll and various payroll reports.

- Preparing Official Letters, internal memo & notice

- Monitoring and updating staff Personnel File & HR database

- To perform and support recruitment overall process

- Monitoring and updating on staff attendance & leave

- Preparing monthly contribution for EPF, SOCSO and HRD payment

- ⁠Preparing EA form

- Monitoring office upkeep & cleanliness, stationeries & office supplies

- Ensure all office facilities in good and proper condition

- ⁠Any duties assigned by the management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
