  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Job
This position requires the technician to diagnoses and makes repairs to

  • electric-powered tools, such as waterjets, band saws, drills, grinders and etc
  • home appliances such as rice cookers, ovens, fans and etc
  • knowledge on usage of multimeter is a must

As a technicians read technical manuals, disassemble tools, and use testing devices, such as ammeters, multimeters and voltmeters, to identify problems. Successful candidate is responsible for rebuilding defective mechanical parts and rewiring electrical systems, including soldering or coating wires for proper installation. The technicians also must prepare paperwork and keep stock of parts.

Education

  • Minimum SPM or certification from any vocational school with similar skill training.
  • WIREMAN / ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN Certificate in MLVK / PW1 / PW2 / PW3 / PW4
  • Diploma In Electrical / Electronic

Skills Required
As a technicians must have strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Problem solving skills and close attention to detail also are necessary for power tool repair professionals. Additionally, power tool repair technicians must have active listening skills to understand customer problems and finger dexterity to make precise finger movements to assemble and manipulate small objects.
