Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for an award winning International Airline Company
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via the chat channel
- Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through emails and calls.
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
*Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage
