Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for an award winning International Airline Company
  • Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via the chat channel
  • Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through emails and calls.
  • Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
  • Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)

*Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage
