Who We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in project management, customer engagement, brand marketing, or CRM.
Prior managerial experience leading a small team or overseeing projects.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Experience in customer engagement, loyalty programs, or CRM strategies.

Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer trends and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and departments.

Passion for engaging with customers and creating meaningful brand experiences.
