Project Manager (Customer Relationship Engagement)
1. Project & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor engagement projects, including customer events, loyalty programs, and community-building activities.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Analyze customer engagement trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
2. Customer Loyalty & Retention
Develop and manage initiatives to enhance customer experience and long-term retention.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement CRM and loyalty strategies.
Measure customer satisfaction and optimize engagement efforts accordingly.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work with marketing, digital, and operations teams to align engagement strategies.
Collaborate with retail teams to execute in-store activations and membership campaigns.
Communicate with vendors and agencies for event execution and marketing materials.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
Track and analyze engagement metrics to assess project effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and insights to improve customer engagement strategies.
Adapt strategies based on customer feedback and behavioral insights.
5. Innovation & Problem-Solving
Continuously seek new ideas to enhance customer touchpoints.
Adapt to changing market trends and consumer behaviors.
Be proactive in identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions.
Who We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in project management, customer engagement, brand marketing, or CRM.
Prior managerial experience leading a small team or overseeing projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
Experience in customer engagement, loyalty programs, or CRM strategies.
Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer trends and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and departments.
Passion for engaging with customers and creating meaningful brand experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
