Admin and Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and managing petty cash.
- Handle general office duties, such as managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files and documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or interns are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
