- Support implementation of preventative maintenance program, scheduling tasks, ordering parts, and maintaining inventory.
- Manage monitoring center operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with customer service level agreements.
- Receive work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance, consult with lead engineer, and finalize documentation.
- Develop construction and maintenance Change Control Applications, ensuring compliance with safety programs and regulations.
- Implement SOP and ERP, update tool and supply inventories, and identify safety hazards within the critical environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines, reporting discrepancies to management.
