Job Overview

This role is responsible for the reselling of Remanufactured, Refurbished and Used IT assets through dealer and other sales channels both locally and internationally. Job duties include channel partner recruitment, engagement, management and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities

  • Research, acquire, develop and manage new and existing dealers and channel partners and mapping products to meet each channel’s market specific requirements.
  • Through the right targeting of market specific requirements by channel, control and/or improve sales margin management.
  • To work with the Head of Sales on staff recruitment and development, setting clear objectives and performance targets.
  • To prepare and present sales performance reporting including both actual results compared against forecasts.
  • To manage the resale activities for equipment across localities where equipment is available (HQ, Kuching, KK & Sg).
  • To maintain up to date knowledge of the local and international market for IT assets including pricing and demand conditions in order to ensure the right buying and selling prices are in place.
  • To work with the Customer Service Department to build and implement sound relationship management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest through good service management and recovery.
  • To ensure any Remarketing Accounts Receivables (AR) are management well and collections are on time.
