Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 250 call attempts per day, with a target of 150 answered calls.
  • Engage potential customers over the phone to promote credit card balance transfers and personal loans.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and build strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards performance incentives and quarterly bonuses.
  • Follow standard working hours, adhering to Malaysia public holidays (Singapore public holidays require annual leave adjustments).

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree holders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong English communication and pitching skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in interacting with customers, with a positive attitude and high resilience in handling conversations.

What We Offer:
