Responsibility and Authority 1) Overall control and administration of the production to ensure efficient production, storage & delivery to meet production schedule and customer needs. Approves production planning. 2) Overall control and manage of Production, Maintenance, HR, Store, Packing, Purchasing, Sales & Logistic, Process improvement and Administration department operation. 3) Control of quality of product in collaborates with Q.C dept from raw materials to finished goods to meet customer expectations and requirement. 4) Control and improve on the cost of production, wastages, labor and average kg/ctn. 5) Recruitment and effective manpower planning and improve of labor efficiency. 6) To cooperate with Q.C dept. in the effective and timely response to all customer complaints, enquiries and needs. 7) Appraisals of staff performance and planning on their career and personal development. 8) Control of safety and housekeeping of the production area to ensure clean & safe working environment. 9) To cooperate with maintenance dept. with efficient maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the production areas. 10) To cooperate with R&D and Process engineer of new product and new process development. 11) Improvement in the utilization of equipment, productivity, quality and yield. 12) To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior to meet the needs of the department from time to time. 13) Responsible for the compliances with BRC, ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP, RSPO, EUDR and other regulatory standard. 14) Responsible for the effective implementation of the EMS to prevent pollution to environment. 15) To ensure safety requirement in handling chemical and scheduled waste are strictly follow. 16) To maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedure 17) Manages the company and sets its rules and regulations. 18) To support in HALAL implementation and HALAL related matter. 19) As Gluten Free Management System (GFMS) team member who ensure gluten control is in place , well implemented and comply to the GFMS requirements. Competency & Training Acquired 1) Education: Degree in any discipline, preferably in food related discipline. 2) Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a managerial position, have specific knowledge of gluten control and relevant knowledge of product, process, marketing claims, and associated hazards. 3) Skills: Leadership and management skills 4) Training acquired: BRC, EMS, GMP, GFMS, HACCP, HALAL, ISO awareness training, production equipment training, problem solving and decision making.
