Site Supervisor

Qualifications: Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering Minimum 2 years site experience in construction (either in residential - landed/high rise and commercial buildings or both) Worksite location: Samalaju / Bintulu (Sarawak) Employment may become permanent based on the annual performance evaluation. Responsibilties: 1) Managing construction progress by liaising and working closely with all the sub-contractors to ensure work is progressing smoothly and efficiently. 2) Continually monitoring and keeping track of construction progress to ensure that work is advancing according to schedule and that any delays or issues are escalated and addressed in a timely and efficient manner. 3) Performing routine inspections at the work sites to ensure that the required quality standards are met and in compliance with the pre-defined plans and specifications. 4) Collaborating with the architect, engineers and other consultants involved in the project to ensure that all work is carried out in a co-ordinated and streamlined manner. 5) Coordinating with suppliers to ensure all required raw materials ordered are delivered to site in a timely manner. 6) Maintaining records of the construction activities on site, including progress reports, inspection reports and documenting any issues or concerns that arise. 7) Ensure that any change in the project plan is executed by contractors. 8) Liaise and work with respective key personnel at job site. 9) To submit Photos and Videos of project in progress when going to site visit and meeting. 10) To achieve project targets, i.e. on time completion, cost within budget and quality equipment & service.
