Key Responsibilities Operational Assistance • Address day-to-day operational matters efficiently. • Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless workflow. • Assist in general office tasks such as paying utilities, checking the mailbox, and keeping the office running smoothly. Documentation and Reporting • Accurately prepare and organize forms and important documents. Inventory and Maintenance • Monitor office supplies inventory and handle reorders when needed. • Coordinate equipment servicing and upkeep to ensure everything is in top condition. Data Processing and Excel • Consolidate and manage data using Excel for reporting and analysis. Administrative Tasks • To oversee and applying tender bid. • To handle vendor registration, company licensing and certificate related to business. • Handle additional tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors. Education : • Minimum SPM. • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. • At least 1 year of related working experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
