  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.

  • To promote specifications and presentations of products, and maintain a good rapport to the Developers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors. (Residential, Commercial and Government Sectors)
  • Perform all sales duties: Prospecting, Sales Presentation, Sales Closing, follow through customer service, after sales service and build customers database.
  • To ensure timely collection of payment.
  • Travelling outstation and oversea for business discussion as necessary.
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, mass communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the wholesale industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in B2B industry is preferable.
