Production Supervisor - SMT & Assembly Process

1.Assist Production manager in monitoring the overall SMT production performance. 2.To lead and motivate a group of production leaders and production operators to meet manufacturing goals. 3.To ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottleneck in the production lines through constant monitoring of production planning. 4.To ensure production operators are trained and strictly follow work instruction. 5.To ensure quality plans, procedures and processes are adhered to ensure high quality products are being shipped to the customers. 6.Maintain efficiency and a disciplined workforce through monitoring absenteeism and tardiness and adherence to company's rules and regulations to attain high standard of workmanship. Skills and Qualification 1.Possess at least a diploma in any discipline. 2.Minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment. 3.Self motivated with an analytical mind, good co-ordination, and organizational and interpersonal skills. 4.Production Supervisors with experience in managing SMT line from Electronics Manufacturing Company are welcome to apply
