CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

1)Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. 2)Coordinate and manage subcontractors for structural work, including concrete, steel reinforcement, and formwork. 3)Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to construction plans. 4)Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met for the podium and tower block structural work. 5)Coordinate with the project manager and other stakeholders for resource allocation and work sequencing. 6)Ensure structural work is executed according to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 7)Address any discrepancies or issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed 8)Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues. 9)Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. 10)Facilitate effective communication among subcontractors and the project team. 11)Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local construction safety regulations. 12)Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment. 13)Maintain accurate records of site activities, work progress, and safety incidents. 14)Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
