BUILDING INSPECTOR

1)Conduct routine inspections of the structural components, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and reinforcement work. 2)Verify that construction practices comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. 3)Ensure that materials used (concrete, steel, etc.) meet quality standards and design requirements. 4)Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors and identify any discrepancies or defects. 5)Implement corrective actions for non-compliance or substandard work. 6)Maintain detailed records of inspections, observations, and actions taken. 7)Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and subcontractors to address any construction challenges. 8)Communicate inspection findings and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with design standards. 9)Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site to minimize hazards and risks. 10)Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety improvement plans. 11)Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including photographs and observations. 12)Maintain accurate and organized documentation for future reference and project handover.
