  • Perform accounts data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts and monthly reporting.
  • Handle filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing.
  • Assist in the audit and tax process by providing necessary information and data.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to accounting.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • At least 1 year of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Autocount Accounting System will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to deal and communicate with clients effectively and confidently.
