  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Minimum Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and a Customer-First Attitude.
  • Good Organizational and Time Management skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous).
  • Able to Handle Stress and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
