- Minimum Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree
- 1-2 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and a Customer-First Attitude.
- Good Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Strong Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous).
- Able to Handle Stress and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
