  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls /emails from customers inquiries.
  • Respond to customers and inquiries regarding products or services
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to the customers.
  • Promote simple solutions plans through telemarketing.
  • To build strong customer relationship.
  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-

  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy working over the telephone

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Education

  • STM/STPM (Required)
  • English (Required)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • TeleMarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication industry
