Customer Service Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently communicating and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle all outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and concerns regarding the airline’s services, policies, and products.
- Contact customers proactively if their flights have been rescheduled, providing updated details and alternative options if needed.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer grievances professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy in all communications and transactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
