  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall takes charge of the assigned Development Project
  • To liaise with Architect, consultants and contractors to ensure the development project is progressed as planned.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Participate in the selection and management of vendors and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably specialized in Property Development or equivalent.
  • Able to coordinate between Architect, Consultants, Contractors, local authorities for the smooth execution of the project.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active, able to work independently and positive thinking
  • Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin Language will be advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
