Location: Johor (Masai/Pasir Gudang/Kluang/Batu Pahat/Kulai/Skudai)
Key Responsibilities:
- To help customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product.
- To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community.
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service. Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
Key Requirements:
- Possess recognized Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Possess PCE is an added advantage.
- Preferable min 1 year sales experience.
- Must have good product knowledge in Bancassurance.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
