Job Description:

To develop and manage production plans and schedules.
To prepare monthly production forecasts and Heijunka schedules.
To ensure the availability of all necessary parts for production to prevent any line stoppages.
To act as the primary coordinator to meet departmental delivery targets.
To track and report daily delivery performance.
To monitor and analyse the (MO) Lead Time report.
To collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth workflows and provide support for planning discussions.
To utilize RPICS and HOPICS systems effectively.
To monitor the 7 core areas on the planning board.
To register new item masters for PCN approval.
To participate in monthly inventory management activities.
To assist in preparing and submitting the end-of-month report to Finance.
To contribute to the company’s Quality and Improvement initiatives.
To perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Chemistry / Science / Chemical Engineering or related field
2-years’ working experience in related industry
